HUNTLEIGH EMPLOYEES SCREEN CANDIDATES

Monday March 3rd, 2008, Huntleigh’s charter screening staff of five from EWR (Newark, NJ) comprised of Supervisor Shuronda Servance, Merle Haddaway, Susie Harrell, Manuel Carvajal and Michael Beachum, began an out-of-the-ordinary work adventure. They represented Huntleigh USA in a professional and dignified manner by serving as the charter screening team of a presidential candidate, campaign staff and accompanying reporters.

The team accompanied them to JFK in New York City, Phoenix, Waco, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Palm Beach, Atlanta, New Orleans, and back to Phoenix, before returning home to New York City on March 8th.

During their whirlwind travels, the crew endured some sleepless nights because of the schedule of the presidential candidate. This did not waiver the screeners’ thoughts about the trip though. Despite having to endure some wide ranging weather, from freezing to hot weather, their experience was one they will not forget.

For anyone who gets this opportunity to represent your company, please take full advantage. If the candidate does become our President, you can tell this story to your grand kids, children and also keep these memories for a lifetime.

Friday February 1, 2008, Supervisor Lawrence Toney, and Screeners John Arellanes, Latrice Berry, Shonte Brazile, and Tesfaldet Zeration began serving as the charter screening team for a presidential candidate, and the accompanying staff and reporters. The team accompanied them to Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Chicago, Trenton, White Plains, Washington, D.C. and then returned home to San Diego on February 5, 2008.

During their cross-country travels, the screening team endured below zero weather and the freezing chill that Chicago and the East Coast is known for at this time of the year. Despite the five days away from home and freezing cold, the team felt honored for an experience whose memory they will bask in for a long time to come.

Supervisor Toney and his screening team wish to express their sincere gratitude for the once in a lifetime opportunity to screen a potential future United States President, and to be photographed with a former president.
